Recovery Procedure

Step 1 Visit our website then download and fill in our recover form

Step 2 Email us your filled in recovery form

Step 3 Once your form is received we will email you back with a fee quote and provide you with a reference number.

Step 4 Once your satisfied with our quote send us an email including your reference number to confirm and we will send you an email to make a payment of the quoted amount. We will also provide you with the shipping address.

Step 5 Finally send in your media we highly recommend using a secure method such as guaranteed next day for delivery. Please include your reference with your media when you send the item. We will begin the recovery process and once completed we will send back your media and recovered data. But if we do not recover any data we will not charge for the data. We will then immediately refund your money (there will be a £10 admin fee)
