If you want to send your data in for recovery then you will first need to download and fill in a recovery form. Once you have filled it in then send this form in to josxtremerecover@googlemail.com

We will then give you a quote for the data recovery service and a reference number. Please quote this reference number when contacting us regarding your media. This would normally take a few hours for us to give you a quote The price will depend on the media type and the size of the data but for more information on prices then please visit the price plan page.

Once you are satisfied just let us know by email that you are sending in your media for recovery. The address will be provided once we get your go ahead. Make a payment Via Pay Pal which excepts credit cards or debit cards. We will send you a request for payment by email and you have to enter your card details including your email address and send the payment. When you make the payment please put the reference number that we provided you with along with your name.

Once we have received both your payment and your media we will start the recovery process. This usually takes 1-3 days but can take up to a maximum of 5 days depending on the media condition and the size of the data. But if we cannot recover your data then we will make an immediate refund of the amount you paid to us (there will be an £10 admin fee) and we will send back your media using first class recorded post. Once we have recovered your data we will first email you a report of the data recovered and then send your media back on your own media in a folder called josxtremerecover files.
