When you are ready to ship we will provide you with an shipping address that you must use when sending in your media to us. Please note that the shipping address will only be provided once you are ready to ship your item to us.

When you send your item in to our test centre it is your responsibility to insure that you pack your item in suitable packaging to avoid damage to the item specially when sending in Hard drives. Please make sure that you securely place your hard drive in a hard container and use padding material to protect the media.

Make sure that you write fragile on the packaging and please also include your full name and your reference number that we gave you. We also recommend that you use a guaranteed next day service for delivery of your media.
