Recovery service

JO’S Xtreme Recover is a recovery only service and we are not a repair centre. However there maybe cases were the media has been corrupted due to a virus infection or a drive that may contain bad sectors. We will run a basic maintenance program to make sure that the media is usable but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix all drive problems.

We cannot guarantee of recovering specific files but we recover all files that can be found on the device. If we recover some files then you must pay the full amount quoted even if the recovery does not include all the files you wanted.

We can recover data that has been deleted, infecting with a virus or accidentally deleted. We can only recover data that was previously saved on the drive. We cannot guarantee recovery of specific files but we will recover the data that is recoverable. There maybe times were its not possible to recover all of the data that the client may want. If we recover any amount of data then you are liable to pay the full amount for the data recovery service.

It is the clients responsibly that any other data on the drive is removed from the drive before sending it for recovery. JO’S Xtreme Recover is not responsible for any other data that had been left on the drive.

JO’S Xtreme Recover will not share the data recovered with any third party companies but will only be viewed by our recovery team for the purpose of the data recovery process. The data recovered will not be modified in any way and will be left in its original state unless otherwise stated by the client.

Prices and promotions

The promotional offer of £35 starting price is the minimum that we will charge for our recovery services. This offer will end in January 2010 and is therefore available for a limited time only. When the offer ends the starting price will rise to £50. All other prices will also increase when the promotion offer ends next year. The prices quoted to the client may change slightly depending on the condition of the media. It is often difficult to have a fixed price for the service because of the different media types that we receive and the condition of the media. The prices listed in the price plan page is a guide for the cost of the recovery service. The quoted amount will be the final and confirmed amount that will be required for the service needed. All prices include VAT and there are no other hidden charges.

Payment

JO’S Xtreme Recover use an Pay Pal email system to take payments from clients. Pay pal excepts credit cards and debit cards for payments. We currently are not excepting cheque or postal orders. We only except payment via pay Pal email service. JO’S Xtreme Recover do not except any other method of payment except for the ones mentioned on our website. However in special cases we may except other methods but the client must contact us vie email first so a alternative payment method can be arranged.

The client is liable to pay the full amount of the quoted amount once the data has been recovered. If the payment is not received then we have the right to hold your media until the full payment quoted is received. The media will be held until 30 days thereafter the media will be exposed of after this period and we are not liable for the loss of any other data on the media.

Refunds

If we do not recover any data then we do not charge of the data recovery service. If we cannot recover your data then we will issue with a full refund but there will be an administration fee of £10 which will be taken off the amount you paid for the service.

Warranty

JO’S Xtreme Recover does not provide any warranty for the services offered. However we do provide a money back guarantee scheme were if we do not recover your data then we do not charge for our service. There will be a small administration fee of £10 which will be automatically taken when refunding your money for the service. It the clients responsibility to insure that when sending in your hard drives or other expensive media that it is covered by manufactures warranty.

Delivery

The cost of the recovery excludes any delivery charges that will be incurred when you send in your media for a recovery service. The charges and the delivery time will vary depending on the carrier that you used. We recommend that you use a guaranteed next day service to deliver your media to us.

Once we have successfully recovered any media we aim to dispatch the item the same day and you can expect to receive your media with your recovered data 1-3 days. It is possible that during busy periods delivery could take up to five working days.
